My i-mop is not putting down any water, but there is water in the tank.

Your suction hose may be blocked. Try the following:

• Turn off your i-mop and bring it to its upright position.

• Remove the squeegee bar.

• Twist and pull the waste hose connector to release.

• Remove any obstructions.

What chemical should I be using?

If your facility has a Tersano water purification system installed, we recommend using this first. Other suitable alternatives are:
